Who we are
Saudi Technology Lube Oil Plant (STLOP), Al Kharj Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question, write to info@saudilubeoil.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact or export enquiry forms you give us your name, company, email, phone number, country, the products and volumes you are interested in, and your message. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange supply and support our customers. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small items in your browser: your chosen colour theme (light or dark) and a flag that remembers the loading screen was shown. Neither contains personal information.
Links to other sites
Links such as WhatsApp or Google Maps lead to third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our business and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@saudilubeoil.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example if we add analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
